Cancellation Policy for Retreats hosted by Teravana:

To modify or cancel your reservation, please contact a Guest Services representative directly by sending an email to [email protected]. Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for all reservations.

The fee structure is as follows:
– 15% processing fee for changes or cancellations made more than 14 days before the arrival date, with any remaining payment refunded
– 30% of the reservation cost will be forfeited for changes or cancellations made between seven and 14 days before the scheduled arrival date
– No refund will be provided for changes or cancellations made less than seven days before the arrival date

If you’re joining a retreat hosted at Teravana with another organization or school, please review the cancellation policies with your retreat leader.
